He previously managed produce distribution companies supplying foodservice and retailers. He has worked closely with growers in the US and Mexico to create strategic partnerships throughout the supply chain. Before starting Food Tracer Pro, he was a buyer at Sirna and Sons Produce.

Neco is a globally acknowledged RFID expert with over 30 years of senior and C-level experience, and over 20 years of hands-on RFID development and implementation expertise.

As Senior Director of Supply Chain R&D at Gap Inc., Neco led the effort to implement RFID tags system-wide. The pilot for this effort was the first unit-level tracking study in a retail environment, and its results substantiated the validity and feasibility of RFID tags in retail supply chain application.
